I had a nice stay overall, but the highlight was definitely the rooftop bar with a lovely view and the delicious truffle eggs at the cafe next door. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the modern amenities. It looked even better in person than in the photos! I would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful boutique hotel with spacious rooms and incredible river views. The rooftop bar and cafe added charm to the experience, while the friendly staff enhanced our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks, like the issue with the mini fridge and the awkward shower design. While the atmosphere was lovely, some minor details like concierge engagement could improve the experience.

Had a great time with friends! We visited some awesome spots in SoHo and even enjoyed authentic jazz at a cool club. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing between adventures. Definitely check out rooftop bar vibes!
We faced some issues with slow service during breakfast, which really put a damper on our last day.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the amazing rooftop bar and soaking in the breathtaking views. The spa offered a great selection of massages, and I loved relaxing on the sun terrace. The only downside was the room was a bit small, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

I had a decent stay at Hugo. The rooftop bar offered amazing views of the Hudson and Jersey City. It’s a great spot for drinks and food. The room had the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in years. I loved the quiet atmosphere. I didn’t hear anyone else while in my room. The coffee area in the lobby is also a nice touch. However, the bathroom could use brighter lights, especially above the mirror. We faced some issues with the blinds not blocking out the sun and the plumbing in the bathroom. It flooded, causing quite a hassle, but staff responded when we informed them. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance and the helpful staff.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and lovely location, with easy access to local attractions. However, the room was quite small with limited views and some maintenance issues like a broken shower head. The staff was friendly, but service could improve for a more seamless experience.
